International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please note that holidays and weekends may delay fulfillment.

Shipping within Canada typically takes 2–5 business days, while international orders may take 14–21 days. Customs fees or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an address error causes a return, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Claims must be reported within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date.

We offer a 30-night return window from the date of delivery. We encourage you to try your Rest Ezzy product for at least 7 nights to fully experience its comfort.

To begin a return, contact us at hello@restezzy.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to hygiene and product integrity, accessories like sleep masks and pillowcases are final sale.
